Garden Blogger's Bloom Day October 2014

 Rain on waterlilies

 Intense pink desert rose.

Hello and welcome to Garden Blogger's Bloom day where gardeners around the globe post what is blooming in their gardens.
The garden is verdant with grass growing by the minute.
Last weekend I said goodbye to the golden palms surrounding the round pond. They were cut down because the roots were invading the pond causing it to leak.
The round pond is naked and empty awaiting some repairs.  I am still trying to convince hubby to do a pool but he doesn't want to hear that. The tree stumps will eventually die and will be dug up. I am trying to decide what type of plants I will put to replace the palms. I am thinking some large potted plants/shrubs.
To see more blooming gardens please skip over to Carol's at May dreams gardens.
Have a great day my friends!

  2. Hi Helen, i've been intending to plant those garlic vines as i envision a structure just like yours in a part above our stairs below the property. Our area is not flat. However, i can't seem to find it yet, someone who promised me cuttings maybe forgot all about it.
