Easy bread recipe

This is an easy bread recipe anyone can make at home quickly.  Try it out and let me know the results. I made these this morning for breakfast and it went well with the ham.
 4 cups of plain flour
1 pkg (11grams) of instant yeast
 1 cup of water
 1 tsp of salt
 1tbsp of olive oil
Add flour to food processor bowl add salt to flour and pulse processor for a few seconds to mix salt. Sprinkle yeast in 1 cup of tepid water leave for 10 minutes add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to yeast mixture and start processor. Gently pour mixture to the dry ingredients. Do not run the processor continuously or you will damage it, just in bursts of a few seconds until the dough is formed.

Remove from processor onto a floured counter top. Knead gently until dough is smooth. Pour a little olive oil into a bowl and coat the sides and bottom. Take the dough and allow the oil to coat it.  cover with plastic wrap and towel and leave to rise until the size is doubled, about 1/2 an hour in the tropics.

When dough has doubled divide into two onto floured counter and roll into long loaves and put onto greased tins. I used baguette tins. Cover and leave for another 30mins until they have risen to nearly double.
with a sharp knife slash the top with several  cuts and brush on a beaten egg.
Sprinkle your favorite seeds onto the top, I used poppy and fennel.
Place into an over 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
Remove from oven and  and let sit for a few minutes then remove from tins to cool. Bon appétit!
Merry Christmas!
